I would like to know what everyone thinks about this.

There were several threads on this subject last week, and whilst the large majority were furious that a Democratic President would propose something this heartless, there were some that suggested that this was "speculation" and to "wait until the report comes out"

Well, now it's out. The cuts, as outlined last week, are in there. What do you think, now that they've been confirmed?
