On April 19, 1995, domestic terrorists bombed the Murrah Building in Oklahoma City killed 168 people. Politically, some mark it as a turning point for the Clinton administration, which had been under attack by conservative Republicans led by Newt Gingrich. Will this event represent such a turning point for the Obama administration?
