The movie is more of an attack on the Bush administration, whereas the book is more of a portrayal of Fascism vs Anarchism, and those ideas. I'm not saying the movies bad, but it was different and if I recall Alan Moore wasn't too happy. It shouldn't be hard to find V for Vendetta it's my local comic book store and it is a small store, but Anarchy is harder to find, I'm still trying to track down the trade. Here is a quote from Alan Moore on the movie:

(The movie) has been "turned into a Bush-era parable by people too timid to set a political satire in their own country... It's a thwarted and frustrated and largely impotent American liberal fantasy of someone with American liberal values standing up against a state run by neoconservatives — which is not what the comic V for Vendetta was about. It was about fascism, it was about anarchy, it was about England.
