8. No .. they LOVE taxes that THEY get to levy

against the people they don't like..

The irony is that without those tobacco taxes, states are going to really be in a world of hurt when all the boomers, who started smoking when smoking was still "cool", finally die off..

It will be interesting to see how they balance the budget without those taxes...more lotteries I guess..
