most HOA board members are older and retired and aren't fans of children. Who else has time to patrol the streets for weeds or a dead bush or basketball backboards? We got a violation notice cause we didn't apply to put up our backboard. Um, it has been up FOR 7 FREAKING YEARS, you dipshits.
