4. Our momentum in each recall election will build upon the success of the previous one.
Kapanke is very vulnerable here in the La Crosse area. He won election with only 51.6% of the vote, winning by 2807 votes. So a win here and having him recalled will build momentum to the next recall election. We want this all to culminate in the recall of Walker next year. He will have time to see his fate coming.
