10. Maybe, maybe not.
There is a whole new generation of workers who now think that it's the "in" thing to join a union. When I joined my first union in the nineties there weren't all that many members and I didn't know many others who were members of other unions. Now the tide is changing and people are signing their cards as fast as they can.

The next few years will be quite interesting.
