MO Rebublicans are refusing to accept federal aid for unemployment AND for schools

They are rejecting $36 million in education funding this year and $153 million next year http://dese.mo.gov/fas/documents/sf-Jobs-Bill-Alpha-4-11.pdf

Last week they refused to accept federal aid to extend unemployment benefits for long term unemployed.

The really dumb thing is this money will just go to another state, it's not like they are preventing the feds from spending it.

Please, someone tell me how this helps our economy?
