The Democrats should have passed a budget last year. Period! Harry Reid's cowardice is what got us into this mess.

So, the president introduced his budget earlier this year. The Republicans came back with theirs. The Democrats? All they've done thus far is cave. Now, Obama is trying to clean up what the congressional Democrats failed to do. And look, he'll still be blamed.
