1. Keeping up the pretence that the Libya Insurgency was not instigated by West and Allied Oil Princes
in the first place and throughout.

He is bellowing that "rebels" desperately need more support that the communications networks, vehicles, weapons, 21st century military air support, and even boots that the allies have been dumping on them.
