enact single payer. He specifically ran ads during the campaign saying Single Payer was too extreme.

Yet the author of the article is claiming that Obama's "refusal" to do something that he a) didn't have the power to do, and b) promised in the campaign NOT to do -- is a betrayal?

When do we collectively realize that much of the perpetual Obama bashing is pure nonsense?
