Pakistan blocks BBC World News TV channel
Source: BBC

Pakistani cable television operators have begun blocking the BBC's international news TV channel, BBC World News.

The operators say that the move is in response to a documentary broadcast by the channel, entitled Secret Pakistan.

The two-part documentary questioned the country's commitment to tackling Taliban militancy.

The BBC says that it is deeply concerned about the move, calling for the channel to be speedily reinstated.

On edit, I just checked that link and it seems that Faux have scrubbed the info that was once available about the broadcasters of their channel in Pakistan. I wonder why...

3. Pakistani military calls the shots again.
It is a failed state with a sham democracy serving as a front for a terrorist military/ISI complex.

4.  Fake anger
Good for the Pakistanis, the west continue to use third world countries for their evil deeds,it's about time some one stand up for truth and justice. The Europeans and Americans have acted as if the Muslim countries are unaware of their aim, they are not totally stupid, sure there are a few officials that will sell their souls for money but there are many more that are sick and tired of the outside influrence in their country. The attack on Muslims by westerners are blatent and some say the attacks are backed by friends of the enemy of Moslem/Arab countries.

5.  Have you seen the BBC Documentary???
Edited on Wed Nov-30-11 01:14 AM by JCMach1
It is damning and the evidence is pretty thick. Pakistan has been playing a double game since 9/11. They simply don't want the truth getting out.

It is also important to separate out Pakistan's government, the people, and the military. They are 3 separate entities in that very messed-up country.
