I'm glad they found them at fault. A news article also states that Wal-Mart has already settled with the family for an undisclosed sum and each of the 11 charges (8 agaisnt wal-mart and 3 against the supervisor) each have a maximum $250,000 fine.
This is my first attempt at an LBN post in years... sorry if I fucked something up.. :)

This goes to show Wal-Mart doesn't bother to train employees. Too expensive, I guess.

I've NEVER posted in LBN! It looks fine, btw.
What a horrible accident. If it's a 3-prong cord, it goes into a 3-prong extension cord or 3-prong outlet. Somebody screwed up.

Apparently the cord was faulty and the floor was wet.. etc.. The link has a small PDF file with worksafeNB's findings..
