Is frozen food healthy?

1. cook it first, else it could cause some dental problems.

2. Less salty, too. Of course, one must presuppose that the

refrigerated units that shipped it worked at proper temperature throughout shipment and it wasn't left sitting on the floor instead of being put into a walk-in freezer............

3. depends on the frozen food

frozen peas are probably healthier than a Klondike bar. Just not as tasty.
