I'm speechless. And I have never tasted Nutella but don't like hazelnuts. Would putting it on a baguette make it all better?

5. To be honest, about a month or so ago, I got a small container of Nutella... |
|
. . . ... and, after all the buildup and the hype and the hyperbole I was pretty disappointed in the actual experience. . . . Kinda like In-and-Out Burger. . . . It WAS kinda tasty smeared on a banana... but so is peanut butter. . . .

nutella is hazelnut and chocolate - my oldest found out about it from a friend in school who was born in Germany
I don't like it (or peanutbutter either, for that matter) but people who do tend to be crazy about it

Nutella is available at any grocery store in the jelly and jam or peanut butter section. Try it, you'll like it.

9. My youngest daughter (16) has loved it since she was a toddler. |

If you have to pack a lunch for someone who shares a school room with someone with a peanut allergy, it is an excellent and nutritious way to get around the ban on peanut butter. There's also cashew butter which is safe for those with peanut and/or tree nut allergies since cashews are a seed, not a nut. Sesame butter (tahini)is also safe for both and makes a great spread.

and peanuts are not tree nuts, although hazelnuts sure are. seems odd they would ban tree nuts and allow nutella or cashew butter

16. Peanuts are legumes, not nuts. But seeds to not trigger "tree nut" allergies. |
|
As for cashews, they are the nut of a fruit. And sunflower seeds are a grain seed.
