1. All it needs is black thick-rimmed glasses masking tapped together somewhere.

2. One of my buddies in highschool was Ron, who was not only a dork... he was an UBER-dork.
.
.
.
We were ALL kinda dorks back then, but Ron actually fit the
stereotype. He HAD those thick-rimmed, usually electrician-taped
together eyeglasses, greasy hair, bad complexion, high-water
pants and his shirt was more often buttoned-up wrong than not.
.
Pretty cool guy, nonetheless. This was pre-computer days (early
70's), but he was heavy into electronics.
.
Ron had the COOLEST "hobby" EVER!!! He would buy old Triumph
cars, fix them up and re-sell them. They would ALWAYS have a
special toggle-switch board with low-key James Bondish gimmicks.
Flip one switch and your brake lights would come on, backing off
tailgaters safely. Flip another and it would cut the connection
to your brake lights, so you could hit the brakes discreetly if
you were speeding and saw a cop. Etc. These little cars would
leave with the most incredible sound systems -- 8-12 speakers
distributed around the tiny interior space.
.
We lost contact after graduation, but I always figured (and
HOPED) that Ron was one of those highschool dorks that
became enormously successful out in the "real world".

3. I put a tachometer/clock/something else device in my 70 Maverick.
I wired it through the key switch and put in a toggle switch so I could turn it on to check the time without using the key. One day, I pulled out the key and the engine kept running. It was passing through that toggle switch. So I could just throw the switch, take the key out, and leave the car running when I wanted to. One flip of a switch and it was off. Cool trick, but not intentional.
