Take MoveOn single payer health care survey |
|
Urgent Request for you to take a 10-second Health Care Survey at MoveOn.org:
Whether you are a MoveOn.org member or not, I'd like to ask you to take a moment now to respond to MoveOn's new mini-survey on universal health care approaches.
As a supporter of California's OneCareNow campaign for SB 840, you know the truth: Single payer is the only proven, affordable way to provide true health security for all, control costs and cut administrative waste.
Please go to MoveOn's survey, and show your support for "single payer." It will take just seconds.
Then, please click here to invite your FRIENDS to complete the survey as well.
Here's their Survey Question:
There's massive public support for universal health care, and Barack Obama has promised to make it a top priority if he's president. Here are two different approaches advocated by progressives.
Which do you prefer?
• Single payer: Under a single payer health care system, there would be one big national health care plan, like Medicare but for all Americans. Patient would choose their doctors, and insurance companies would no longer have a role. • Medicare for everyone who wants: Under this type of system, there would be a national public health care plan, like Medicare, but joining would be optional. So there'd be universal health care coverage-but people could keep their existing insurance plan if they want to.
• Why? __________

3. Sorry, they want to much personal information to take the survey. |
|
They are NOT getting my phone number. 8 to 12 junk bill collection calls a day, every day for 3 months by two different junk collection companies makes me very hesitant to give out my phone number. They started on New Years day and ended on March 31. It made my phone all but useless. I was already on the Do Not Call list. They claimed it didn't apply to them because they were not soliciting anything. Yeah, right. Well, I pay my bills and I don't owe anyone.
I already get almost daily e-mails from them and that's enough.
