Jeremiah Wright vs. John Hagee: Who's a bigger drag??
Who's a bigger liability? Jeremiah Wright for Barack Obama?? Or John Hagee for John McCain? Will they effect the election or will Wright and Hagee be old news by the time the general election gets into swing? http://jviz.blogspot.com/2008/04/jeremiah-wright-and-barack-obama.html

1. Hagee is a sexist, homophobic hate monger
which will appeal to McCain's base more than drag him down

2. It should be hate-monger Hagee
If the MSM would actually mention him on teevee even half as much as they pounded on Obama about Wright.

3. John Hagee......
..McCain actively went, soliciting Hagee's endorsement. That's far worse in my book. Actively seeking a hatemongers endorsement versus a Pastor who said some controversial things in the course of a lifetime....... no contest....

4. McStupid is still clinging to Hagee
so that will be a much longer lasting problem, but Wright was still the more damaging because he's a Scary, Angry Black Man.

We also need to alert people to McStupid's other preacher problem, Rod Parsley. He's even crazier than Hagee is, and the presence of two lunatics as spiritual advisors makes it look like a pattern instead of an accident.

5. The Media coverage says it all.
MSM has done their best to hang the Wright albatross around Obama's neck, while McCain largely gets a free pass on Hagee.

War in Iraq vs. tanking economy? Who's a bigger drag?
That's my way of saying either won't matter in the general election except to a handful of knuckleheads.

6. Wright
Wright is controversial, but he's also intellectual, persuasive and he does good works. Hagee is just plain scary.

8. Hagee Quiet
Notice Hagee is keeping a low profile. Is he purposely staying out of the limelight? Is the media too busy focusing on Wright-Obama, and not interested in Hagee? Or is Hagee waiting to pop-up when he will get the most attention?

10. voice
I have a feeling his recent quietness and dalliance with McCain is his way of hinting that he's the new voice of the Religious Right.

7. If the MSM
would give 25% of the attention to Hagee that they did to Wright it might wake a few people up. But I won't hold my breath.

Besides a white preacher saying we deserved 9/11 because of the gay seems to reflect the attitudes of ignorant conservatives than a Black preacher saying 9/11 was our chickens were coming home because of our governments policies. Easier to blame the gays.

Ever wonder why you never see Rush Limbaugh and Barbara Bush in the same place at the same time?

12. I don't know -- but I bet they both look funny in drag.
But no respectable transvestite would have anything to do with Hagee.

If being respected is one's goal...I don't know if hanging around with Hagee is a good move in any case. (Though I guess John McCain didn't agree with that :/ )
