Does McCain Even Know What England's Healthcare Is Like?

In tonight's debate, McCain likened Obama's health care plan to that of England's. As if it was an insult to have free health care. I guess he didn't get the memo that that's what American's want!

England's death from cancer rate is almost twice that of the US.

I'm not sure that Americans want that.
