Freeper Ann Coulter Logic
Edited on Thu Jul-24-03 05:16 PM by Homer12
...Since ALL liberals and all the left are traitors: Therefore, since WE and the entire left are traitors, we have commited a crime called Treason.

Since treason is a capital offense and crime, the worst crime against your country, the maximum punishment is that WE should all be executed (say at least 35 to 40% of the USA's population probaly is left leaning).

So, ALL YOU FUCKING FREEPERS, out there in DU land, you should really think about what this women (i'm being nice) is saying.

These people include your friends, sons, daughters, mothers, fathers, uncles, aunts, whom are generalized and judged as traitors by Coulter.

Since I'm a liberal, should conservative friends call me a traitor becuase, I identify myself as a liberal?

And if they do, what should they do???????

37. True, the bark is worse than the bite
But Hate is a very powerful motivator, and cowards can do some pretty desperate things. Think Hitler, Columbine Killers, Timothy McVeigh, et al. and the problem is getting worse. With conservative radio blaring out its condemnation of liberals and other rants on hate, all sorts of people are coming out of the woodwork (or backwoods more appropriately) and aligning with the Republican party since they have hate in common. I have noticed a very significant change in the demeanor of some conservatives. Political discussion used to be just a abunch of bickering and banter, now I have no doubts you could actually get yourself shot criticizing the president in the wrong company.

48. And wasn't it Ann Coulter who said:
"My only regret is that he didn't take down the New Yourk Times building too...." when speaking of Timothy McVeigh?

What's your point?

Seems to me that if you're looking to assign blame for the increasingly gory tone of recent political discourse in the media, you'd probably have to look at the conservatives. (Newt Gingrich's infamous slander list would be a good place to start.)

Sorry to get all third grade on your ass, but "they started it."

2. I was saying before...
...that I think Ann Coulter is somewhat of a threat to national security. Imagine if people really believed her and had this lowered standard of what treason is, and started calling our security agencies like the FBI/CIA/Secret Service/Office of Homeland Security, who would see right through these false alarms but would still have to pick up all these calls (as if they don't have enough to do already). I used to know someone who worked for an answering service, and one of their clients was the Secret Service, and he was telling me that people call up all the time and report things related to conspiracy theories they might have and UFOs, and, as he was required to do, he'd have to just pass all these calls on to them when the SS would pick up their messages. Now imagine what this paranoid definition of treason could do to that.

XXXXX DRUDGE REPORT XXXXX SUN JULY 27, 2003 19:40:02 ET XXXXX

SOURCES: COULTER SIGNS NEW BOOK DEAL VALUED AT $3 MILLION

**Exclusive**

Controversialist and bestselling author Ann Coulter is on the verge of signing a new publishing deal valued at near $3 million, sources tell the DRUDGE REPORT -- a deal which would become the highwater mark for an advance paid to a conservative author!

The Coulter bonanza is expected to be finalized this week at CROWN FORUM.

The deal comes after more than 600,000 copies of her SLANDER and TREASON have been sold at market.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Well, we can look forward to more good press thanks to her ignorant rantings, but this still irks me. This ditz doesn't have the first clue and still is raking in the cash for hatred. It's a lesser version of Hitler getting a big advance book deal thanks to sales of "Mein Kampf." The only difference is that Coulter hasn't advocated eliminating all liberals...yet. I'm sure that suggestion is on its way, though.

15. Erg....
Well, since her book came out, the first thing my father greeted me as when I met him in Pennsylvania was 'Liberal Traitor'. I was a bit puzzled for a second...I mean, the more he knows about me means the more he leafs through my many diaries. But then I thought about name calling conservatives...and one of his favorites clicked in my mind, Ann Coulter. And it was confirmed, as the book was sitting on a book stand in his living room. I hadn't watched or read anything or even been on the internet for at least two weeks because of depression of going there, so the last edition of Coulter Crap was news, and shocking news, to me. The only reason they should be allowed to call us 'traitors' is because we calls them other things. But, like I did at my fathers, anyone calls me a traitor, I'm asking for a basis of their opinion. And the answer better not be Ann Coulter. I could go on for hours about her and her lies. But right now I'll save it. He is supposted to call me today.

in her article "Why We Hate Them", this is what she says:

The Democrats' scrolling series of objections to the war is utterly contradictory. On one hand, liberals say Bush is trying to build an "empire." But on the other hand, they are cross that we haven't turned Afghanistan into the 51st state yet.

Am I the stupid one, or are there already 51 states?

They'll never let you live it down and they'll be running around saying, "Those liberals think there are 51 states. Well, let's make that true after we make Iraq a 51st state once we take away everyone's right to vote (anything but who and what we want them to vote for), completely remove all civil liberties that we hate and get those soldiers on every street corner to kill or arrest anyone that doesn't fall in line with our ways.

It’s shock value.

Look, Coulter’s game is totally together. She knows she isn’t a talented enough writer and projector of intellectual wisdom…

So what she has done is written about a billion pages of anti-Liberal, hateful diatribes. It may be a contrived move, but it is working out well for her bank account. She has absolutely ZERO credibility in disseminating information, but there she is writing books, getting spots on shows.

I liken Coulter to a heavy metal band who can’t play very well or write very good songs. What this band will do is write hundreds of songs about Satan, chopping people up or having orgies in public to “get publicity.”

High quality music (metal or no) and high quality writing doesn’t need a shock value to sell.

30. Coulter's Game
Coulter is just another paid polemicist, her purpose is to parrot the fringes of the conservative zeitgeist, particularly the projection they do so well. As you know, conservatives have a strategy of accusing "liberals" of exactly what they are guilty of: Lying, hypocrisy, elitism, etc. Her books are almost scheduled to distract from whatever the conservatives are doing that year. Slander came out in the midst of the nadir of conservative attack politics, Treason came out as the traitorous PNAC plan to subvert US foreign policy and bankrupt the government came into being.

She has utterly no credibility, but this time she may have misjudged where the edge lies even for conservatives with her support of Joe McCarthy. And even that isn't particularly original, the idea being secreted in the thick of conservative loonidom with Bozell and Buckley's "McCarthy and His Enemies". Even by conservative standards McCarthy, with his taint of defending Nazi war criminals, might be slightly unpalatable.

Coulter has a role, though. Like the other Attack Bimbos such the blond before Anne Laura Ingrahm, the late (but perhaps unlamented) Barbara Olsen, the dutiful nut scribe Michelle Malkin and others, her role is to put a sweet face on the most intolerant and extreme conservative memes, like the figurehead of the prow of a fascist juggernaut. That way when the ugly fuck guys follow, the minefield is already cleared.

Which goes to show how the conservatives are all for gender equality, when it means putting a woman on point.

34. She's an unpatriotic traitor
You're right, Rev. They do accuse us of everything they are.

When Anne C. was a guest on the Alex Jones show, a caller asked her if she'd bothered to read the (un)Patriot Act. Guess what, she actually admitted that she had not done this. That's right! She failed to perform her American duty to read that document, then put it under the microscope to see if it contains unAmerican language (like attacks on our Constitutional Rights. Therefore, she's unpatriotic.

I say this, because she's taken the liberty of writing a book to accuse us of being unpatriotic and of committing treason. She's opposing and publicly slandering patriotic Americans that have questioned tyrants in government regarding their motives for attacking our civil liberties. She has defended these tyrants, their lies and their attacks on us.

Therefore, she is a national enemy, aiding and abetting political terrorists.

Talk about an odd couple! How can he hang out with this creature? Maybe, they've agreed to avoid discussing anything on politics, culture... Ooh, what do they talk about? Sports? Hair styling and clothing designers? Can't be anything serious, unless they enjoy debating politics...

An evening with Anne and Bill:

Bill: Sticking with the issues
Anne: Talking around issues by resorting to name-calling, charactor assassination and making her points with lies and twisted truths with interjections of what horrible fate she'd like for all of us to meet.\
Bill: Thinking to himself as he laughs inwardly, "This dame is so crazy, she cracks me up with her insane remarks. Good thing I have a few drinks. I'd sure hate to be around her without getting first a little buzz going.

Yup! I think that's how their friendship works. Just my take on it.

I just wanted to post a reply to a post FIXATION made near the top of this thread.

"Coulter is a moron. However, who here has read Treason? I certainly have. (Upcoming plug) In fact, I made a blog debunking a new point every day http://thecoulterproject.blogspot.com ...Anyway, a lot of people bash right wing pundits, but are afraid to read their writing. While that is a good point I take some issue with it. Its good that their are lots of people out there to read it and contest it but....

I don't feel I need to read her book to justify comments about her. I read it from other sources who contest her accuracy such as your "Coultier Project". I see her often on Hannity And Colmes and I know she is an idiot. I have read up on her and even saw Mr. Fair And Balanced O'Reilly even say on his show to her that she is nutso. So while I see your point, I would rather not waste my money on her dribble and spend it on something like say Al Franken's book. Every dollar that goes to Ann is more money for her and another sale when I could give it to a Liberal. In effect, buying from Ann Coultier is kind of like funding terrorism (just kidding but I think you get my point). Keep up the good work.

41. Ann the Harridan
I know a lot of conservatives who mainly want her because they think she's beautiful. If you call looking anorexic, shouting louder than a bleating sheep and more shrill than a dog whistle beautiful, I guess she's the type you're looking for.

Personally, I think she's a nasty shrew, who doesn't know diddly about most everything. I read parts of a biography of her, and her father basically molded the sick bitch. She's the end-all repuke woman--able to use the rights for women to her own advantage, and then to try to pull those rights out from under all other women; a lack of regard for anyone who doesn't make as much money as she does, and so much more. She's like a repuke redneck with money. She hasn't got a decent bone in her body--and we can see that, because she's so damned skinny it's pitiful.

She is loud, obnoxious, a liar (just like her favorite leaders) and she is definitely a lunatic. Anyone who admires Phyllis Schafly for being the "perfect mother and wife" and who admires Joseph McCarthy is a sicko in my book.

There is forum called the Off-Topic forum at a site called GO-BUCKS.com The on topic forum is Ohio State sports, but the off-topic forum is mostly political and it is dominated by conservatives. I would say there are about 5 to 10 liberals and about 30 conservatives. Some of them are unbelievably conservative and annoying. If some of you could drop in at this forum sometimes to support the cause and vex my evil conservative opponents, I would really like it. URL is http://forums.go-bucks.com/offtopic/index.pl

50. I Saw Annhole live
The College Horowitzies brought her to campus. If you get the chance see her speak (read:spew venom.) She's like Pink Floyd, the albums are something, but you don't get the full experiance until you see them in person. Like a giant flying pig of evil.

Lots of her usual shit about "swarthy men" (how long is Ron Jeremy safe?) and "Why not go to war for oil." But the Q&A was jaw dropping. Whenever she got a pointed question she responded with something like "YOU HAVE THE INTUAL CAPACITY OF A FOURTH GRADER!" (not exagerating.) Anyone questioning her about this adminstration's past support for Saddam she would avoid answering.

The worst thing she said, and the compitition could hardly be stiffer, when questioned about something she said earlier and she dutifuly answered "Native American (she was sure to use the term mockingly) were savages, engaged in scalping, pilaging the land (she may have said raping,) and couldn't support 300million people.

lot's of branding people "Saddam lovers." Absolutely narcisistic behavior.
