bush bankruptcy laws have not been repealed.
Banksters receive zero interest loans from the FED then turn around and demand usury interest rates from taxpayers. The bush bankruptcy laws continue to torture Americans. While the wealthy receive tax breaks for doing nothing but pissing on America, the bush bankruptcy laws have re instituted slavery.

Just another thing that our "Democratic" politicians have failed to repeal. The current "Democratic" triumphalism will be quickly shot down because in reality, the chief "Democratic" accomplishment is: no economic reform. More than anything, economic reform is what is needed!

Do you get how much has been done in a short two years? Have you done anything about this latest gripe other than gripe on a message board?

4. Actually, it was a democratic congress in 2006 that passed the so-called 'Consumer Protection Act'
which effectively removed many of the safeguards associated with bankruptcy.

As much as I despise Bush, it wasn't his doing, in this case.
