Point out to him that some country is aborting fetuses (feti???) ... and then get him to cut off the funding for the abortions ... in the details (which he wouldn't read) ... it points out that the country is Iraq ... from the bombings ...

They gotta come clean and dismantle The Octopus...or else destroy the GOP by 'staying the course'. Some political choice, huh ?

3. Bush reminds me of King Herod who killed babies in an attempt to kill Christ.
In Bush's case, he's killing innocent babies in Iraq in an attempt to kill OBL. Of course OBL is no Christ but OBL doesn't happen to be in Iraq either.

4. What's With Denying Deployed Soldiers E-Mail?

And---- Petraeus being cozy with former conservative (former Senate Leader) Bill Frist? And.... Special appointees in the Pentagon with more political than military ties?
Is that healthy for our country?

"The U.S. Army has ordered soldiers to stop posting to blogs or sending personal e-mail messages, without first clearing the content with a superior officer, Wired News has learned. The directive, issued April 19, is the sharpest restriction on troops' online activities since the start of the Iraq war. And it could mean the end of military blogs, observers say. "

"Military officials have been wrestling for years with how to handle troops who publish blogs. Officers have weighed the need for wartime discretion against the opportunities for the public to personally connect with some of the most effective advocates for the operations in Afghanistan and Iraq -- the troops themselves. The secret-keepers have generally won the argument, and the once-permissive atmosphere has slowly grown more tightly regulated. Soldier-bloggers have dropped offline as a result."

"The new rules (.pdf) obtained by Wired News require a commander be consulted before every blog update. "

This was reported by M.Malkin, a sometime conservative commentator: http://michellemalkin.com/archives/007438.htm

Of course, the military vote has been strengthened ... and reservists are now moving between business, government and military leadership positions with regularity. Anyone see any conflicts here?
