...and break into his house will be disappointed. Those that just want his car will get more than HE bargained for. ;)

You're going to have to explain this to me, if you don't mind.

6. About 48 hours until you're delusional. Sleep is necessary. |
|
So if you don't have enough trained adult male (you started it, I didn't) family members to do 24/7 guard duty, then you have to have some sort of SERVANTS.
In which case the whole notion of "HIS possessions" is thrown into question.
Most major worldviews, religious and otherwise, include as a fundamental part of their basic wisdom the idea that you just don't get to have safety and security on this planet. That's just not how it works.

8. You need to tell that... |
|
...to every poster in here who has ever asserted that allowing private citizens to carry firearms in public inherently presents a threat to his or her right to feel safe.

...a "right to feel safe" leads me to believe the above poster has exceeded that 48 hour limit.

17. I got to play with one of each of the FN's down in TN once... |
|
They were pretty cool...but for that kind on money, I'd pickup a DD SBR AR.
I love the reproduction M1's....I remember when M1's (real ones) were affordable. I think a 30 carbine would make a great home defense round.

12. Pfft. Try telling that to his kids. Kids destroy everything. |

Then there is war, floods, earthquakes, tornadoes, etc.
Your possessions are never safe, and neither are you. Safe doesn't exist.

14. Allowing oneself to be consumed with fear is not indicative of "strength". |
|
And someone who is armed & afraid is dangerous - both to himself and those around him.

18. There may be some truth to that. |
|
However, being armed is not indicative of being afraid as you would likely have us believe. But hey, nice try. ;)
