- Lowers CCW age from 23 to 21
- Keeps the sales tax on firearms and ammo the same as other hunting-related products
- Now you can own Title 2 weapons like full-auto guns (subject to federal law, of course)
- Makes buying a gun when you say you can't legally, as well as Bloomburg-style gun-buying stings, illegal
- Lets out-of-staters purchase long guns
- Lets Missouri legislators and their staff carry concealed in the capitol, if they have a CCW
- Lets schools have gun-involved events on campus

8. My only gripe is the favoring of political elites: |
|
"...and enables members of the Missouri General Assembly and their staff who possess valid concealed carry endorsements to carry a firearm for self-defense in the state Capitol."
Why should they be afforded this "right," when other law-abiding citizens are not? I believe this was done in Texas as well. If Missouri citizens cannot (or have not already been allowed) to carry in their capitol, then this particular measure is just "more equal than others."
