I haven't been on DU for several days. In the outside world Hillary has disappeared
off the news, yet here on DU there are all kinds of posts about her? Did I miss something? It seems the rest of the world has moved on and forgotten Hillary yet here on DU every other post is about her? What gives?

also, the player with the lowest score wins now, like in golf.

3. So THAT'S her Catastrophic Scenario!
I was hoping it was something simple like that, instead of her and her Vultures waiting for some dumb NRA cracker to take a potshot at him after a Republican Candidate actually MADE a Joke about that AT an NRA Speech..

Real Funny Republican Pastor Guy! I hope the SS held you down and examined you tonsils via your asshole..

Jesus, I couldn't believe that got laughed off in the News, I'm sure the Hillary supporters ears perked up though..

Maybe the Aliens can take Clinton with and let her Rule THEIR planet? The woman just HAS to Rule Something!!

12. The Weekly World News is doing a feature on it.
Which will serve as proof that the DNC needs to change how America counts numbers.

4. That's the good part.
The bad part is that for some reason people are still allowed to bash our nominee.

5. What outside world do you live in?
Hillary is beating Obama by 41 points in primaries. Every network newscast I watch has reports on her campaign. When you belong to the Obama cult I guess you are not allowed to see anything else.

Why don't you tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth?

23. The view of the leader's ass in front of you at the finish line must be heartbreaking
Obama's already catching his breath. Part of me admires Hillary's fight, like a runner sprinting to the finish line after the race has been won, the other part goes "why is that idiot running so fast when the race is over?"

6. I think it depends on the state you live in.. I'm in Florida.. I believe they
are obligated to continue playing Hillary clips because of the huge push by DINO's to prop her up... with Michigan and Florida... so, they act like its a big deal.. Although, today they said Hillary attacked George Bush as she continues to campaign through the rest of the states.. I think they've given up that she can be propped up enough to go to the white house... I think they realize Obama is coming to Tampa and its bringing in a croud..

14. Go to Clinton News Network. They never fail to provide you with all Clinton all the time.
No mention of 80k folks at Obama rally yesterday...

But you can find out that Hillary is asking you to consider the race as a hiring decision and having to listen to sermons about infidelity from the crowds. :eyes:

17. Although....
your observation concerning the "outside" world is completely, and helplessly flawed, you should understand that the kind of hatred Obama fans have for Clinton is special. It is the kind of hatred republicans reserve for Democrats, and anything liberal, or more apt, like a drug, that once started, cannot be weened off of easily. You cannot remove the wind beneath the wings of support for Obama without going down in flames, hence the continuing hate-fest.

"It seems the rest of the world has moved on and forgotten Hillary yet here on DU every other post is about her? What gives?"

I thought Obama fans were convinced the nomination is in the bag, but as you have pointed out, it is obvious there is still concern as to his inevitabililty. Or is it simply the sheer joy they recieve from demonizing another Democrat, along with any who support her. My concern is, that from one side of an Obama fan's mouth comes: "Hillary supporters should unite with us, and vote for Obama, and not betray the party by voting for McCain". But from the other side of thier collective mouths comes: "Hillary the "fucking whore", and her delusional supporters are destroying the party with their corporate loving racism". Would any self-respecting person let someone shit in their living room, then give them a cookie for doing so? Maybe there's a method to the madness, but I have yet to figure out exactly what it is, or perhaps O fans believe that they can win with only half the democratic vote, along with the "millions" of republicans who have suddenly decided to cast off their own special brand of racism, and hatred of anything liberal. I just don't see the numbers adding up. Thanks.

29. Sooo then....
Edited on Mon May-19-08 09:08 AM by windbreeze
are you telling me that(to quote your own words)...."or perhaps O fans believe that they can win with only half the democratic vote" ....Are you saying that Clinton's supporters absolutely would NOT vote for the DEMOCRATIC nominee, if it is NOT their girl??? WOW!!...I keep hearing Clinton's supporters say this...but I don't recall hearing Obama's supporters expressing the same thoughts...WHY is that??....

I submit that whomever the DEMOCRATIC NOMINEE may turn out to be...HE/SHE then deserves the VOTE of EVERY DEMOCRAT...and if any Democrat just can't see themselves voting for their nominee...then THEY might want to seriously re-consider the status of the US, after 8 years of REPUBLICAN rule...it seems to be all or nothing, for some...well yes, when you get right down to it, it truly IS...ALL or nothing...but maybe not quite the way some see it...

Myself, I can't believe I am seeing any Democrat espouse NOT VOTING for the Democratic nominee...just because it isn't their candidate....we just never seem to learn, do we...We keep shooting ourselves in the foot again....(and the Republicans are thrilled that we do) We'd be willing to give away what should be a landslide election for the Democrats, just because...I find that mindset amazing, and at the same time, stupid beyond comprehension......wb

26. Yes, she has been completely marginalized....
by the msm, especially since the Edward's endorsement. Her campaign is only addressed as something of a curiosity that is fast becoming a joke at this point.

The only thing that interests me now, is when she'll go and how she will go.
