I just heard that Paul Hubbard is stepping down as vice chairman of the ADP |

I didn't know he was that. I knew he was very influential in the party.
Could this be IT?
Know what I mean?
EDIT: Is he going Republican? And would that spell a Republican takeover of the state house and senate?
