Doesn't bother me much -- bars and grills that only serve to the 21+ crowd will still be allowed to have us smokers around. I'm right on the border in Texarkana and the Texas side has already had a similar smoking ban for the last year, so I'm used it and being unable to smoke at restaurants doesn't faze me at all. All in all, not too draconian a law from my vantage point.

Think about this, If I'm addicted to beer, I can't drink at work.
If I'm a smoker, I can smoke at work any time.
EDIT: yea I'm glad of the ban. Waco did it some time back, and I don't get out much in Texarkana (just work) I hadn't noticed.

I can actually go out to eat and not get sick because I had to walk by the smoking section on the way to my table.

4. Don't smoke, and I'm torn |

I like that my hair doesn't stink when I go out to eat/drink (you can go to the Loony Bin in LR, and leave without an ungodly stench)
At the same time I believe it's too restrictive.
/sigh
No easy answer it seems.
