Has anyone seen a Lieberman yard sign?
He seems to be running a stealth campaign. There is no announcement of meetings, petitions are being passed around in private circles. It almost seems like they are avoiding the public. How much serious arm twisting and threatening is going around in the party machine? I hear he's pretty vindictive, and he does, for now, wield a fair amount of power.

Joe seems to have lost touch.

Remember Ned will match campaign donations.

New Haven, Woodbridge, Orange

New Haven has a mix of Lamont and Lieberman but since it's where Joe lives you would expect to see some support for him.

In the Woodbridge, Orange area, a lot of Jewish folk live there and without sterotyping anyone, I can see why there's support for Joe in those areas as well.

5. I've seen one in Durham
In front of a house near the green on Route 17. Unfortunately for Joe there's a house a few doors down the block that has had two Lamont lawn signs since June.

I read a joke somewhere recently that judging by the lawn signs in CT the primary is between Ned Lamont and Coldwell Banker.

6. If Lamont loses the primary Coldwell Banker will get my vote!
I travel around the state quite a bit and haven't seen one yet, not even the one mentioned in Durham which I go through a couple of times a week.

7. The Lieberman sign first appeared Monday I think
The house is south of the Durham green on 17. It's on the east side of the street, approximately across the street from the feed store. The home with the two Lamont signs is across the street from the green.

9. I live in Gales Ferry and I don't see any signs so
its kind of hard to tell. I took a drive around yesterday to areas where people usually put out signs when there is an election. Didn't see a single one! I have seen only two signs..both for Lieberman but they haven't been on anyone's property. They have been out in a public road area. I think this area might go to Joe because of the sub base, I don't know. Good thing is we are the least populated district. Hopefully Hartford, New Haven and other well populated areas will turn out big for Lamont.

10. I saw several
in Stamford this morning.

Stamford has a very large Jewish population, and one of the signs was in front of a house that was next to a synagogue.

16. Spotted another one today, also in Durham
It's on Rte 68 going westbound, just before the intersection with Rte 157. It's in front of some woods, not a house.

Is it just my 51 year old eyes or is Joementum's white - letters - on - blue - background lawn sign harder to read from a passing car than Lamont's blue on white sign?

17. Several around Joe's old house in Westville!
I guess his buyers like him. They've kind of ringed the house on Alston Street (corner of Chapel) with his signs.

I've only seen Lamont bumperstickers, tho, altho not many.

Since I live in Joe's old neighborhood I expected more, not fewer, house signs, but there's not that many really.

I called in 2 orders for house signs and bumperstickers from Ned's hq over the weekend, from one Westville resident and one Hamden resident. People are getting on board!

18. Today, I saw my first Lieberman lawn sign.
It was on a godforsaken back road in North Windham. If 12 people a day seen that sign, I'd be surprised!

19. not a one
I live in stafford springs and there are 6-8 Lamont signs within a couple miles of my house - I have not seen a single lieberman sign - and I assumed Stafford Springs would be a little too conservative for me when i moved there from southington 2 years ago!

20. I was behind a car the other day with a Lamont sticker
to be perfectly honest, I was expecting to see a younger person driving.

White hair, older guy. Car even had the obligatory yellow ribbon magnetic sticker, IIRC. And a Lamont sticker.

That says something, doesn't it?

But the Lamont signs are in front of people's houses. Go figure.

26. I noticed that too: Lamont signs are in front of voters' home, Joe's aren'
With one exception all the Lieberman signs I've seen are in front of woods or off on the grass beside a highway. They're not in front of a house. All the Lamont signs are in front of a house. You can see that it's a Democratic voter, one of your neighbors, giving Lamont their personal endorsement. Wooded lots and road shoulders don't vote.

24. I've seen 4 Lieberman signs in Northeast CT
1 in Putnam, 2 in Killingly, and 1 in Brooklyn. 3 of the 4 Lieberman signs were in public land. The 4th was in front of a business that I know are big Lieberman supporters.

I put up a lot of Lamont signs this afternoon at the major intersections of my town and there will be one Lamont lawn sign at every polling station, outside the designated 75 foot barrier.
