We the People, the registered Democrats in Connecticut, have selected our candidate for the US Senate race this November. House Speaker Amman, and all other Democratic Party leaders, need to respect the will of the people who elected them by supporting the choice of the Party members. This is about the wishes of your constituents, not about keeping yourself and your cronies in power.

I think its time for a “sore loser” law here in Connecticut to prevent a potential candidate from thwarting the system by petitioning his/her way onto the ballot after being defeated in a primary.
