DeStefano 'wholeheartedly' backs Lamont

(Hartford-AP, Aug. 28, 2006 4:45 PM) _ John DeStefano, the Democratic candidate for governor, says he wholeheartedly supports Democratic Senate candidate Ned Lamont, despite his previous support for Senator Joe Lieberman.

Lamont and DeStefano today accepted the endorsement of the Service Employees International Union at a news conference on the steps of the state Capitol.
