Nothing wrong with Meek. That being said, he's failed at generating excitement amongst the
Democratic majority of "D" voters. Therefore, Kendrick has bled votes to Crist, for various reasons. Meek has every right to run this campaign all the way to the end. I merely see the facts of odds coming into play here - Meek is down over 20 points on the leader, and Rubio will be one of the WORST senators in DC, it's just a case of the lesser of the two evils. Unfortunately, it's a vast difference in level of threat to our social safety net and a women's right, and other civil issues, also Crist took the stimulus money for the state when the GOP was screaming at him not to, and still is very angry about it.

How many Floridians, like me, are going to vote for Crist to try and prevent Rubio from helping stop our president from getting anything else accomplished? If not, other than the simple argument of, "you have to vote Democratic", what argument can someone in this state make when the odds are ridiculous for Meek to pass Crist and Rubio when he's so very far behind, and there's such a stark contrast between Crist and Rubio?

1. There are People who are Realists and People who are Dreamers.
The Realists MAY bet on the Cubs to beat the Yankees...in the Series. (It is...ahh..Possible)
The Dreamers bet on a Volkswagon to outrun a Corvette.

2. Already Voted & My Family Did Too. I Agree Meek Can't Catch Crist
and FEAR of RUBIO is at it's peak! Not something that many of us wanted to do, but Meek has never been a strong candidate and has stayed behind Crist & Rubio throughout the whole campaign. It SUCKS, but it comes down to "picking your poison" and I know MANY other Dems who will vote Crist. Some, like me have already done it.

3. obv, Meek isn't going to drop out, and early voting is already goin' on, & reality is there, he will
not win with such an extremely large gap between him and the "leader" in the polls. Ugh, I hope somehow he won't win, and our votes are enough, but I dread too many Dems will just vote for the "D" and ignore the extremely low polling, instead of putting in someone clearly less putrid than M.R.

11. SURE... We Got Absentees A While Back & Filled Them Out... So Call
it what you will, we sent them back, along with quite a few others I know who have also done so. WHEN they count might be what you're talking about. But, my family & I have already voted!

8. I'm one of many that got our ballots in the mail & have filled them out.
But, I understand what you mean, the official "Early Voting" at selected locations in each county. But, many have voted already with their mail-in ballots.

4. Crist can't beat Rubio
Too many African-American voters are sticking with the Democratic African-American candidate.

10. Ballots are printed
Even if Meek were to "drop out" now, his name will still be on the ballot and people can still vote for him.

12. voting tomorrow at the library and this was the toughest choice to make
but I've got to try to be a realist. Crist has the better CHANCE and, even though were flipflops, has done some decent things as of late.
