I covered up what plants I could. |
|
Brought some others inside.
It's supposed to get down to around 28° where I live in Polk County tonight. Brrr.
If it doesn't stay below freezing for too long it shouldn't be so bad for the plants.

along I4 on the way to Orlando. Get ready for the pumping to keep the oranges from freezing, which is code for "sinkholes coming your way"
Good luck. Hell, it's early December, wait til January when it really freezes again.

3. Overheard in my office this afternoon: "Oh my god - it's going to be 30 in the morning - |
|
we'll freeze to death!!!!!!!!!!"
No we won't - we're in South Florida. High 30's inland. Maybe. It'll be 50 by 10 a.m. Bring a jacket.
It won't be bad here, but you guys north of here take care and stay warm.
