A court in Miami made a ruling on exit polling
or at least I thought I heard this on radio today. Nothing on DU about this, but it sounded important, that exit polling can't be prohibited because of any inconveniences that it may cause to the voters.

Anyone know about this ruling?

1. the news prints it today, but I suppose the judges were reviewing it last week

MIAMI (AP) -- A federal judge on Tuesday threw out a Florida law that prohibits exit polling within 100 feet of a voting place, finding there was no evidence that such surveys were disruptive or threatened access to voting.
