I can't help but be irritated about the push to teach the Bible in our schools. Georgia is what, in 49th or 50th place when it comes to education? What will it take for these people to get their priorities straight? I like this Bill Bolton guy but he is not a good speaker, and probably doesn't have a chance in hell of winning.

but I also believe he would make the best Governor of the four primary candidates. I was very impressed with his position on the accreditation process and how groups like the AMA have monopolized our economy. I was impressed with his statement about how the state government needs to take the lead in expanding MARTA into suburbs like Marietta. And I felt he gave the most direct answer regarding birth control and abortion.
When voting in the primaries, I vote for the candidate who would do the most good. When voting in November I vote for the candidate who would do the least harm. That is why I usually vote Democratic in November, and almost never waste my time choosing the lesser of the evils running in the Republican primaries. If the Republicans ran a candidate I liked in the race for Governor or Lt. Governor, I would vote in the Republican primaries. But choosing between Cagle or Reed..Perdue or McBerry, that is like choosing between a firing squad or the gallows!
