got sister states that are a mess. Check out this same post in Alabama - the response I received there just broke my heart. What a mess! One would think that after passing the Voting Rights Act back in the 60s that we would have had time to "work out all the kinks." Truly a shame and a disgrace, and we know whose party benefits from this.
