1. Depends on Your Standards

Is this a place to live? A hotel for a visit? Will you be walking around a lot after dark? (That would not be recommended.)

1917 Bladendsburg appears to be right off a seedy section of New York Ave where there are a lot of moderately priced hotels. Not my favorite part of the city, but things are safer than they were in the 70s and 80s.

I've driven past there many times, but I wouldn't choose it as a place to live.
