6. That's the impression he's trying to make by putting his signs out
early. In some places it is illegal to have the signs out until 30 days before election. These arrogant thugs could care less about the law.

9. My old school Republican neighbors have been asking me about Laesch
Edited on Fri Oct-06-06 04:36 PM by dogfacedboy
We're in Elgin. The neighbors(7 different households) see him as a choice. These are Republicans who despise BushCheneyCorp, and they've pretty much had it with Hastert, as well.

7. I travel daily throughout
Geneva, Batavia and St. Charles and I have seen only one Laesch yard sign and hundreds of Hastert signs. The Laesch bumper sticker on my car is the only one I have seen. It is very depressing because I think John, if he had the resources, could give Denny a scare. Haster has for sure lost favor in this district after his infamous land deal.

10. Don't underestimate the
great intimidation factor in the three cities you cite. There are many many closet DEMs in these towns but for work reasons, don't advertise it. It is not uncommon for DEMs here to lose their jobs or feel threatened with job loss for expressing support for the DEM Party.

I was hoping to see the Hastert signs removed - but haven't noticed any removed yet.

11.  This evening I went to a couple of homes in Geneva
that had Kerry signs posted in 2004 to see if they would post a Laesch yard sign and both refused. I am going to keep trying because if I can get a few posted then others will follow. I own a local business in Geneva so I am too a closeted Dem.

12. I live in Elburn
and am so sick of all the monstrous Hasturd signs. Do I have to go to Yorkville to get a Laesch sign and sticker? I'm on a corner lot too.

I'm sure some one will get back to you with the information you are looking for. I've seen the large signs are being set up now.
