1. I hope Democrats look long and hard at those write-ins

It's tough to vote for a Democrat when the name is "No Candidate" and the only option is a write-in.

2. i didn't know you need to ask for the list for a write-in

and that if you just write in a name at random it won't be counted unless it's on the write-in list.

and you have to ask for the list from the judges

and they have only ONE COPY of the list

i had a hell of a time keeping track of ours. only one person asked for it all day.
erkle stroger is lucky that claypool did not mount a write in campaign. we had a handful of 'zippy the squirrel' 'alfred e neuman' 'any body else' and a couple of claypools. i hope he runs again.

4. the party is growing by leaps and bounds out there.

there are decent totals where there were dem candidates. there is a state rep race going to a recount. they are building.
i hope they are going over tammy's totals with a fine tooth comb.
