Here are my thoughts on that, or really, questions to be talked over...


Indy? Probably makes the most sense, but we could do somewhere else if people can't make the drive, etc. Carpooling encouraged!!

Adults only, or bring kids? Adults gives us more venue choices, but that also depends on the youngest on here... Kids makes me think a Saturday-in-a-park picnic kind of thing, what would you guys think about that?

Something really organized, or just a random showing up with food? I'm more in favor of the second type of event, it's usually cheaper :D

Lastly, when?? A month-ish from now? 3 weeks? How far in advance are people's calendars booked?

I work nights and my spouse is jobless right now. I make my work schedule a month in advance. Bad thing is right now my daughter is heavily involved in softball right now. Almost every weekend tied up and some weekdays.

Maybe we should wait for the others to join in before we make a meeting! We'd have a bigger group.

Indy sounds like a good middle ground. I'm 2 hours away.
