Wish the big boys would note the excitement that is going on in the lower levels and finally realize that a tournament is the way to go. edit to add - you should be very happy that UNI is in the tournament every year. What an incredible string of success UNI has had. Clear from the days of Stan Sheriff on down.

It's as simple as that. They had the lead and the ball with around 2:30 left and it appeared that they didn't even try and make a first down. One First down and the game would have been over. And if that isn't bad enough, they allow a big punt treturn and then the defense can't hold anyone. And then on the ensuing kickoff, UNI gets the ball with about 13 seconds left, a timeout and they tried one of the most ridiculous plays ever. Why did they try the hook and lateral in that situation? Throw a 25-30 yd. pass and try a field goal. Stupid play calling and choking. Sorry Debi, but that's the way I saw it.

That's all they needed. They couldn't do that and the defense couldn't stop Richmond when it was sorely needed. It's difficult to play football with one hand on the throat.
