A lot of trees and branches down here in Coralville. The chainsaws will be buzzing today.

1. Lots of wind and rain

But here in the middle of Davenport, not a lot of wind damage, although my basement is flooded. Ah, life in the Midwest.

2. Just saw my Goosetown neighborhood in IC for the first time since Friday..

..a ton of big, ol' trees down everywhere. The Oakview cemetery is also devastated. Just a damn shame.

3. Lots of heavy rain in Bettendorf

But it got lighter the further north I went and when I got home up by Dubuque it wasn't raining anymore.

4. We have had much rain down our way

water standing all over, but we missed some of the wind.

5. Our sump pump was on for a little bit

and a patch of primroses by the entrance used by the servants suffered when part of the gazebo roof landed on it. Otherwise we are in jolly good shape!
