You'll find that being a grandparent surpasses all experiences you've had to date on this beautiful planet. You'll find it especially joyous up until about 13-14 years of age. That is when they start pulling away and want to be more associated with their friends and school activities. They won't stop loving you or anything like that. It's just that you will no longer be the center of their universe as you will be during the earlier years.
