1. Of course
In his twisted mind, an old man marrying a young girl is just fine, but two consenting adults of the same sex getting married is a perversion. He is one sick bastard.

3. The Congressman Who Is Eight Times Crazier Than Michele Bachmann.
From a link within that Solon article:

The Congressman Who Is Eight Times Crazier Than Michele Bachmann

The website Capitol Words measures how often our lawmakers say certain words. We've been through the archives and found a congressman mathematically eight times crazier than Michele Bachmann. Meet the undisputed champion of saying "ACORN," "Socialist," "Homosexual" and "White".

Steve King, an Iowa Republican, has a very vivid imagination and he likes talking. Today he revealed that he's terrified that gays are out to get us by flaunting their gayness and inviting discrimination.

"I can imagine someone coming in and interviewing one day in man's clothes and come back the next day and apply for a job in woman's clothes, and then setting up a lawsuit in a sting operation to harass our religious organizations"

He is also "glad and relieved" over the Arizona immigration law, yada, yada, yada. So far so average Republican. But Steve King is not average. He may not make great laws, but he is absolutely crushing the competition in paranoid words. Take, for example, the relatively new field of "ACORN"-saying. Andrew Breitbart may have started the sport. But King is its Michael Jordan. He has said "ACORN" 575 times in the hallowed halls of Congress. His nearest competitor is Michele Bachmann at 76.
