What to do with the kids
:yoiks:

We Kansans need to start planning ahead. If the legislature refuses to finance our schools we need to figure out what to do with the kids this fall when the schools remain closed. Here are some of my suggestions:

Take the kids on an archeological dig. It would give some of the more well-rounded and educated kids reinforcement to their past science lessons and give Intelligent Design kids something to think about.

We could get the kids together with the textbooks, not to read (that would be silly) but instead we could have them rip out the pages that the RRR find offensive in school textbooks. Bonus: When the kids do return to schools the books will be lighter and there will be less to teach them.

Of course the Kansas legislature could go ahead and start training a new generation of Bush Youth. It is so much easier to brainwash kids when they haven't developed critical thinking skills. It could be based on the old Indian Manual Training School model. Like the IMTS model the Kansas legislature will need to break the parent's hold on the kids as soon as they are weaned and make sure they remove kids from any and all non-RRR households so they don't get indoctrinated into believing in democracy or freedom of religion. Just like the Indian schools of old the Kansas legislature can make sure that the kids speak the same (biblical) language so they can interact easier in the New World Order. Instead of providing money for education, the legislature could spend the money turning local school building into camps for this. This should be more affordable than buying new textbooks, paying teacher salaries, maintaining busses and general school upkeep just as long as the legislature doesn't give the food contract to KBR.

Or maybe, with all the kids from kindergarten to 12th grade out running around all day without school, Kansas can finally become the meth capital!

What do you think?

1. I think it's time to start up the Darwinian Underground camps
to teach the kids science and critical thinking skills. In our logic classes, they can win extra credit for demolishing the arguments of RW talking heads. In our biology classes, we can explore the mystery of why the RRR refuses to evolve. And in history and social sciences, we can discuss the true motives of the ruling class.

4. And if we do intensive military training, the 4th graders will be ready
for the Iran War of 2007. Those already in middle or high school should just need a quick 3 month crash course on how to shoot those with brown skin.
