KY House Candidate Randy Blankenship to Hold Fundraiser on April 11th

Randy Blankenship, the Democratic candidate for Kentucky House of Representatives, District 69, will hold a fundraising event at the Erlanger Lions Club (Sunset Avenue) on April 11, 2006, from 6-9 p.m. Hosts include Elsmere Mayor Billy Bradford, Erlanger City Attorney Frank Wichmann, Erlanger Vice Mayor Patty Suedkamp, Erlanger Fire Chief, Tim Koenig along with several other members of Erlanger City Council. Erlanger Mayor, Marc Otto publicly stated his support for Randy Blankenship at his announcement event on November 15, 2005.

The 69th House district encompasses southern Kenton County, and the cities of Erlanger, Elsmere and partial Independence. 23 of the district’s precincts are in Kenton County and two are in Campbell County and two in Boone County.

A two-term councilmember in the City of Erlanger, Randy Blankenship is a partner in the law firm of Robbins, Kelly, Patterson & Tucker of Cincinnati, and is a life-long resident of the city of Erlanger. He is married and has two children who attended the Erlanger-Elsmere School District. Blankenship also teaches Sunday School at Erlanger Baptist Church. He currently serves on the City of Erlanger Public Safety Committee. He is a graduate of NKU, both college and law school (Chase).
