Has anyone heard of Title 15 in reference to Maine law? I am a librarian, and had a patron come in today asking if we had any books on dealing with Title 15. She didn't get real specific other than to say it was about family law. I looked it up online, and it seems that several laws fall under this Title. Does anyone, perhaps someone with a social services background, know specifically what she might have been referring to?

1. Question: do libraries normally have much in the way of material on state law? |

2. My experience with other public libraries is slim |

But I would guess that the larger libraries would have stronger offerings in state law for the general public: Portland, Bangor, Augusta. Through some of the state consortiums like Minerva and Solar you could get a lot of items that aren't reference that are more designed for practitioners than the general public.
A quick search of the Minerva catalog shows a number of items, specific to real estate, consumer, family law, etc., but most of them are library use only.
