Pretty close. Question 7 is surprisingly close as well... Why are people against giving officials more time to certify signatures for these crazy things?
Very happy to see questions 2 (excise tax reduction), 3 (consolidation repeal), and 4 (TABOR II) have apparently been soundly defeated (fairly wide margins with 28% reporting). Not only that we also predictably passed another transportation bond. A trio of defeats to the anti-tax crazies.

There are some cities and towns still not reported but most of the big ones are in and No is trailing by about 20,000 votes.
Very disappointing. I can't believe there are so many bigoted people.
