1. There is no rhyme or reason to gas prices that I can see |

On a three mile stretch of Washtenaw Ave yesterday, driving from Ypsi to Ann Arbor, I saw gas prices that ranged from $3.01 to $3.26. What's up with that?

2. We have that issue here in Grand Rapids. |

3.16 on the south end 3.25 on the north end. Usually near the highway on and off ramps gas is much higher.

Gas Speedway in Ada was 12 cents per gallon more than at the Speedway at 28th and East Paris - like 5 miles away.

3. That's why I filled up when I was in Chicago yesterday. |
|
On the drive down, I found it for $3.01 (rate here was $3.24), and on the way back, I found it for $2.99 and topped off my tank. Why are our gas prices so darn high?
