Obama to be back in Michigan on Monday, June 2
No details have been released yet. I will update once I find anything out. I sure hope he'll be in the Detroit area during the day (I can't attend at night, as there's a memorial service for my mother that night).

2. If that's it, I'll miss it again
Too far away. Do you really think he'll do the west side of the state again?

4. Hmmm... so what's the largest venue in Oakland County?
The Palace? Is the Silverdome still usable? Maybe he'll do Oakland University.

5. OU was my first thought, too, but I suppose it could be the Palace
They don't know yet if it's going to be a town hall, a rally or something else. It won't be a fundraiser, from what I read. I sure hope it's a big, public rally in the early to mid afternoon. I have to be somewhere in Southfield at 7:30 p.m.

7. Last I heard was that it's going to be a town hall
That may not bode well for being able to get in, but I'll let you know when I find out more.

9. I'm bummed....
a friend of mine offered to get me a ticket, but I can't go. Being in the throes of the last 9 days of the school year makes it impossible to take time off. That would be a nice venue to see him in.

This darn working stuff sure gets in the way sometimes. Does pay the bills though, and I'm greatful I have a job.
