Anyone know where I can find Bouchard's voting record as a state sentator?

I want to know how he voted on arts funding -- a friend of mine in the arts is claiming Debbie has done nothing visible to help them and has put three Bouchard signs in his yard. I know she's a member of the Senate Cultural Caucus and she was very helpful to me in securing a Library of Congress local legacy designation for the Ann Arbor Blues and Jazz Festival back in 2000 when she was first running for Senate. I don't know Bouchard's record of arts support but suspect it isn't very good. Anyone know?

I know arts funding is not a major issue but it can make a difference in how people, like my friend, vote.
